About ATLAS
Atlas Mental Health Clinic offers a professional yet affordable, evidence-based psychological therapy and counselling service.
We're here to work with you on the grit that you have in your life. We're here to be real - not just for a 'fluffy chat'. Psychological suffering is hard, and recovery isn't always easy.
We are person-centered, and we will talk with you to customise a treatment plan that is suited to your situation.
Life's too short to be anxious, stressed or depressed. So, if you want to get out of your head and into your life, start by getting in touch with us.

Specialising in the treatment of a range of psychological issues.
Anxiety
Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health conditions in Australia. They affect 1 in 4 Australians at some stage in their life.
Depression
Depression is experienced by 1 in 16 Australians each year. We aim to take a treatment approach that addresses all affected areas of your life impacted by the depression, to get life back on track.
Relationships
Our relationships are important to us. Relationship issues can be caused by a wide range of factors, and sometimes being able to see eye-to-eye can be difficult. Seeing a relationships counsellor can be great place to start.
Grief and Loss
Grief and loss are inevitable experiences in life - but that doesn't make them easy. Areas of grief and loss can include relationship loss, job loss, identity loss, or loss of functioning among others.
Trauma
Confronting or distressing events both singular and recurrent can sometimes result in longer-term difficulties in areas such as emotional regulation, relationships, substance use, low mood, and identity difficulties.
Mood Instability
Our moods temporarily affect how we experience life at that time. Our clinicians use techniques to lessen the impact of mood changes and to improve feelings of being out of control.
Meet the Team
The people who strive to support, encourage, and challenge you to develop yourself.
